Father’s Day!

 The kids worked so hard to make an amazing present for the loved ones, an awesome photo frame with their picture. So cute!

 This year, in Arts and Crafts, we are talking about Vincent Van Gogh. He was an amazing painter and all of us know a couple of his paintings at least. 

After talking about his life and watching his house and bedroom in Arles, we painted his yellow house in our favourite colours and the neighbourhood. 

They enjoyed the work a lot, and I think they made some wonderful pieces of art.

This is Halloween!

 To celebrate Halloween, the kids made some awesome skeletons and painted some colourful Catrinas to decorate school corridors.

It was so spooky!!

In Arts & Crafts we worked making some flextangles. We use different patterns in the design and the result was amazing.

Mother's Day

The 3rd and 4th Grade children worked so hard to make a very beautiful for mummy. First they made the cold porcelain and tinted it in different colours.

When the colour was the desired one they began to work out the present.

                        

And these are the beautiful rings they made. 

They also made these original boxes to put the rings. 

I think they worked so well and their mummies are going to love these amazing presents.

This week, in Arts and Crafts class, we talked about Miró.
First, we watched some paintings.

 

Second, the kids looked for the most important characteristics in his paintings. They talked about the colours, the shapes, the animals, ...

After that, they began to create their own Miró.

As you can see, they stayed very focused and worked so hard.
